Tuolumne Bears 2025 Season Cheer & Football Registration
Kickoff Dates for Registration:
- Online Registration: February 6th, 2024
- In-Person Registration: March 2nd 2025, from 12pm-3pm at Tuolumne Memorial Hall and Park.
Document Submission Deadline:
- All required documents must be provided by July 1, 2025. Last day to provide them is July 19th, 2025
Registration Process:
- Registration will be conducted exclusively on tablets and laptops.
- Paper registrations will not be available at the in-person registration event.
Required for Registration (by July 1, 2025):
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residence
- 2025 dated Physical (must be signed by an MD)(Document can be found during registration)
- Grade Verification (Progress Report, School Print Out, Report Card)
- Registration Fee
- $300 Parent Volunteer Deposit (Check must be post-dated for October 1, 2025)

- Physicals for participation must be dated within the year 2025 and submitted by the July 1 deadline.
- All athletes need some form of grade verification by the deadline.
