Required Documents to be turned in separately, include:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate (all players)
  • 2024 Sports Physical (must be turned in before July 15th, 2024)
  • Proof of School Enrollment
  • Proof of Residency
  • $100 Sponsor fee Football Player and Cheerleader (By July 15th, 2024)
  • $100 Fundraiser Deposit (Check dated September 1, 2024)
  • $300 Volunteer Deposit (Check dated October 1, 2024)


Please make Volunteer Deposit and Fundraiser Deposit checks separate than registration. (Volunteer and Fundraiser deposit checks will be returned at the completion of the season, when all hours are fulfilled.)
